Charging Cradle - not charging receiver
Problem: The Charging Cradle does not charge the Receiver. The red light on the receiver stays on, indicating no charge
Condition: The charging cradle is a model prior to 2024 and been used a lot
Solution: Gently bend the metal contacts on the base of the cradle upwards to ensure contact with the receiver posts
