Touch the middle button and the 99 will flash; while the 99 is flashing, hold your receiver up to the transmitter and you will see the red light on your receiver (collar) come on - when the red light is on, press the middle button on the transmitter and it will start transmitting the programming to the collar.
You will see and hear a series of beeps and flashes come out of the collar. Once the beeping and flashing has stopped, that means the collar is programmed. If for some reason the red light does not come on right away, press the middle button again to get the 99 flashing and repeat the process.
15. You can now wait a few minutes and the transmitter will go back to the original number that was on your display when you started. To speed this reset up, you can unplug the transmitter and then plug it back in and the display will show you the original number.
16. Test your receiver by holding it up to the transmitter and it will beep; this beeping will indicate that the reprogramming has been successful. As a double check, you can walk out to the boundary and make sure that the collar beeps at the edge of the signal field.
